Description

The innovations and imaginations of coffee producers across the world are providing amazing sensory experiences and taking coffee flavors to new and exciting places. This workshop will dig into the intricacies of coffee processing and provide some basic understanding of these processes to equip you as you work with producers and have conversations with your importer. A component of this course will be tasting coffees of various processing methods and discussing common flavors we find in these methods.
